Erica Bose
Represented Taylor Morrison in a $600-million land banking facility

Erica Bose is a partner at Cox, Castle & Nicholson. During her over two-decade career, she has been involved with land acquisition, disposition, development and land bank finance in California and nationwide.
Bose has served on the Management Committee and played a vital role in strategic planning through her work on the Nominating Committee. She is also a member of the Recruiting Committee and the Associate Development Committee, where she nurtures new talent—she currently mentors two female associates.
Career highlights include representing Taylor Morrison Home Corporation in a $600-million-plus land banking facility with Värde Partners, which supports over $1 billion in capacity for new land opportunities. Bose also represents Olympus Housing Capital, a newly formed land banker affiliated with Apollo. Olympus plans to deploy over $2 billion in the next 12 months and is currently closing on land bank transactions.
In the community, Bose has spent over 20 years working on behalf of the Rescue Train, serving as both a fundraiser and a volunteer.
She has been honored by the Los Angeles Business Journal (Women of Influence and Top 100 Lawyers) and GlobeSt. (Women of Influence). Bose is also recognized by Best Lawyers, Southern California Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Women’s Edition.
