Paula Danker, CCIM, is Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Over her 35-year commercial real estate career, she has completed transactions in every asset class (office, industrial, retail, net lease, multifamily and land). For over two decades, Danker has focused on single-tenant net-leased investment sales nationwide.
During her career (which includes stints at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Voit Commercial Brokerage and Commercial Facilities), she has completed over $1 billion in transactions—one highlight involved closing a $75.9-million, 10-property single-tenant net-leased retail portfolio totaling 322,304 square feet. Danker is the company’s #1 broker in her region.
In addition to mentoring women in the commercial real estate industry, Danker has served on the Boards of the San Diego Community Housing Commission and San Diego Occupational Training Services.
She received GlobeSt./Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence Award and Commercial Facilities’ Top Producer honors. Other company-focused accolades include Kidder Mathews’ Big Hitters Award, Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Top Producer Award and being named to Voit Commercial Brokerage Top 5 Producer list.
