Chelsea Jervis serves as a Managing Director for the Berkadia Irvine, CA Investment Sales platform. She specializes in institutional multifamily and land investment advisory transactions throughout Southern California.
She is a Berkadia Producer Council member, in which she and others represent the production network on various platform topics.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2024, Jervis was a Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. During her career, she has been involved in the equity placement or sale of over 20,000 units, totaling more than $5 billion in volume. Prior to focusing on the multifamily sector, Jervis handled the sale of approximately seven million square feet of commercial space totaling roughly $2 billion.
Jervis is active with ULI, serving multiple terms on ULI’s Local Product Council for the OC/IE chapter.
