Jacqueline Korajkic
Has been instrumental in Metro Services' growth and success since joining in 2018
Led the transition to employee ownership in 2025
With a 20-year career in finance, Jacqueline Korajkic leads the finance team at Metro Services Group as Chief Financial Officer, managing all financial operations and keeping the company financially sound. She came to Metro in 2018 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
This past year, Korajkic led Metro Services’ transition to employee ownership via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP ensures that Metro remains privately held, locally led, and guided by its core values. The company’s leadership and operations will remain unchanged, and the ownership transition will take place gradually over the next five years.
“With the launch of our [ESOP], many of our team members now have a chance to become part-owners of the company they help shape every day,” she said when the first phase of the transition took effect in August. “This move reflects something we’ve always believed—that the people behind the work deserve a stake in its success.”
These are just a few reasons Jacqueline Korajkic is among the California Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
