Roxanne Ibe is a developer and architectural designer with the Talisman Development Group. Her notable projects have included co-developer on a $30-million historic rehab project (Adams & Oak in Peoria), on the $11-million Adams Street Center, and a developer consultant on the $10.5-million Pearl Headquarters (Peoria Heights).

Ibe is a scholar with the Goldie Initiative and has been honored with NAIOP’s Diversity Scholarship Award and the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Scholar Award.

In the community, she is active with the Peoria Community Leadership School, CASA, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Dream Center Peoria Homeless Shelter, among others.

Industry involvement includes the Greater Peoria Chamber of Commerce, Peoria Riverfront Association (PRA), NAIOP, AIA, ICSC, ULI and the National Council for the Architectural Registration Board.
