Kathryn Jorgensen joined Draper and Kramer in 2020 as vice president of investment management.

She is responsible for asset management, acquisition and disposition functions for a portion of the firm’s multifamily portfolio in Chicago, St. Louis and Dallas, TX. Additionally, Jorgensen has made significant contributions to Draper and Kramer’s retail footprint since joining the firm.

Jorgensen has also been part of Draper and Kramer’s ongoing efforts to evaluate all multifamily assets in its portfolio to ensure they align with the goals of the firm’s long-term strategic plan.

She has won several awards from ApartmentRatings epIQ and SatisFacts. Jorgensen is an active member of the Chicago chapter of the Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF).
