Notable deals involved a 49,000-square-foot lease for a large wholesale supply distributor

As a vice president on the Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul Brokerage Services Team, Corbin Chapman provides local and national real estate services to firms interested in leasing, buying or selling commercial real estate properties. To date, he has closed $80 million in lease transactions, $92.9 million in sales transactions and represented 598,000 square feet in sales.

In the past year, Chapman’s notable listings included two 83,000-square-foot spec industrial properties. He also represented one of the country’s largest wholesale supply distributors in a 49,900-square-foot lease. Another noteworthy transaction involved successfully leasing a 130,000-square-foot industrial site, where he represented the landlord.

Since joining Colliers in 2018, Chapman has expanded the company’s portfolio through cold calling and collaborations; he has been recognized by Finance & Commerce as a Rising Young Professional.

Chapman has been a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Program and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate Emerging Broker Committee. Within Colliers, he leads the Industrial Active Users Meetings.

These are just a few reasons we chose Corbin Chapman as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
