As Director of Investments at CRG, Morgan Harris plays a critical role in driving the firm’s multifamily investment and development efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of new projects, managing all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, and securing capital.
She supports a $700-million student housing pipeline with projects across the U.S., overseeing the development process from sourcing and acquiring sites and conducting predevelopment underwriting to securing capitalization and starting vertical construction.
Harris played a pivotal role in the development of CRG’s Chapter Madison – a 10-story, 534-bed off-campus student housing development at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
In addition to mentoring interns and supporting new-hire training, Harris is actively involved with CRG’s philanthropic events. She is also active with the Clayco Foundation and industry groups, including ULI and NMHC.
