A notable transaction involved finding space for FedEx in a 70,000-square-foot center

Karli Ricketts is a broker with Niessink Commercial, where she handles exclusive tenant rep leasing assignments for companies and retail brands including Primrose Schools, Domino’s Pizza, Hyper Kids, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Half Price Books and FedEx.

One notable transaction involved representing Shoe Sensation for space in a Marshalls/Five Below/Dunham’s Sports Mall redevelopment project. She also helped FedEx lease surplus space in a new-to-market 70,000-square-foot grocery-anchored project and then retained FedEx as a tenant rep assignment.

Ricketts is co-president of XNow, an educational group within X Team Retail Advisors, and has been instrumental in growing the group and encouraging young brokers to engage with it.
