Recent matters include representing Harrison Street in its acquisition of an off-market self-storage portfolio comprised of 19 properties encompassing 1.4 million square feet, representing Blackstone in its sale of the Renton, WA, Hilton Garden Inn and representing Green Courte Partners in the sale of The Parking Spot.

Gonzales mentors junior associates and boosts DLA Piper’s recruiting efforts at Notre Dame Law School. She also mentors law students and prospective law students and belongs to several bar associations.

She has been honored with the National Immigration Justice Center’s Rising Star Award and the DLA Piper North American Pro Bono Award.
