As AmTrust RE’s director, Oliver Jackson’s day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and executing acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies, overseeing and implementing various asset management duties across AmTrust’s portfolio, and collaborating on numerous redevelopment and repositioning projects.

Recent notable highlights include spearheading the $88-million acquisition of the 26-story residential high-rise Parkline Chicago and the repositioning effort of One East Wacker, which encompassed a large capital improvement project, with significant renovations to the lobby and sky lounge.

Jackson is a company mentor who frequently participates in Lake Forest College Alumni Program events.
