Advised on a long-term ground lease to the city

Miller Nash Partner Jonathon Goodling guides clients through commercial real estate and finance transactions. He offers advice on structuring complicated transactions and assists clients in negotiating and drafting real property and loan documentation.

Goodling’s major focus is on representing national and regional banks on real estate secured loans. He also assists developers, property owners, and governmental entities with leasing, purchasing, and selling real estate, as well as lenders on non-real estate secured financings.

Notable matters include overseeing a $45-million secured revolving loan to a real estate investor/developer, an $11-million hotel construction loan and a $29-million construction loan for a building leased to a State of Oregon department.

These are some of the reasons why Jonathon Goodling received Connect CRE’s 2025 Seattle & Northwest Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
