Helps clients develop feasibility studies and clean-up actions
Hannah Solomon is an attorney with the Veris Law Group. She advises clients under the Washington Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
Solomon also works with clients to secure insurance coverage for environmental claims, pursue cost recovery, obtain regulatory closure for contaminated sites, assist with permitting issues, and resolve enforcement actions.
She handles projects with liabilities, helping clients and environmental consulting firms develop and complete remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and cleanup actions. Solomon also represents clients in allocating liability among private parties and government entities at legacy sites with historical contamination. In addition, Solomon counsels clients on compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits under the CWA.
Solomon was selected to the Washington Rising Stars and recognized in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Next Generation in Law Series.
These are some of the reasons why Hannah Solomon received Connect CRE’s 2025 Seattle & Northwest Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
