As Co-Chair of Seyfarth’s national Development practice and a leader within the Data Center team, Jami Balint leads teams that handle complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for institutional clients and developers. Her work often involves structuring deals under tight timelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
She has represented tenants and buyers in over 450 build-to-suit transactions, totaling more than 285 million square feet of industrial and last-mile logistics space. Her recent experience includes negotiating three major data center lease transactions, including a 10-building campus valued at approximately $25 billion.
She chairs Seyfarth’s Seattle office’s Lawyer Development Committee, where she focuses on mentoring associates and supporting their professional growth. Outside the firm, Balint is an active member of NAIOP’s National Forums, where she contributes to discussions on industrial real estate trends and best practices. She also maintains a strong personal commitment to discipline and excellence through competitive equestrian sport, where she is a three-time national champion.
