Ballard Spahr Partner Bryan Powell has more than 35 years of experience advising owners, developers, investors, institutions, and lenders on real estate investment, development, financing, leasing, and operations.

He assists developer, investor, and lender clients in structuring business deals and finding creative financing solutions for challenging projects. Powell’s notable projects include those involving financing with federal funds or agency-insured programs, as well as state and local financing incentives, including bond financing and various tax-credit programs.

Powell is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and a member of The Counselors of Real Estate. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and in Oregon Super Lawyers.
