Davis Wright Tremaine Partner Anthony Caso has a broad-ranging real estate and financing practice. He represents real estate developers, lenders, and institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of various real estate assets.

Caso is involved with multiple asset types, including office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial properties, shopping centers, and residential subdivisions.

Highlights include handling the acquisition and disposition of office buildings in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York City and Seattle. He also advised on the purchase and sales of retail properties throughout U.S. markets.

On the financial side, Caso represented a borrower with a $275-million portfolio financing and advised an agent bank with a $117-million construction loan for a Fortune 100 company. Caso has also negotiated and drafted headquarters office leases in California, Washington and Oregon, including headquarters leases for publicly traded and privately held companies.

These are some of the reasons why Anthony Caso received Connect CRE’s 2025 Seattle & Northwest Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
