During 2025, Sobhani’s team oversaw more than 30 million square feet across 500 transactions for a diverse roster of institutional real estate clients. The asset types involved included Class A office towers, corporate campuses, mixed-use developments, suburban office parks, retail centers, and industrial/logistics facilities.
Within the past year, he assisted with the portfolio management of a teacher’s retirement system, representing 100 lease deals that total 2.3 million square feet. Sobhani also represented a global wealth and asset management company in its lease of a 275,000-square-foot office, one of the largest transactions in Washington, DC.
His counsel on leasing strategy, tenant mix, and project oversight aligns with broader investment objectives and drives measurable results.
