With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries, Eversheds Sutherland Counsel Wendy Hansen specializes in hospitality law, guiding luxury brands, hotel owners, and operators through complex legal landscapes. She helps the firm’s clients navigate the complexities of cross-border law while maintaining continuity of hospitality brand and operational standards across jurisdictions.
Notable highlights include negotiating hotel management and branded residential agreements related to Miami, FL’s Mandarin Oriental redevelopment. Hansen also led negotiations for stand-alone branded residential agreements, restaurant licensing contracts and hotel management agreements in the U.S. and internationally.
