Leigh Prince
Has oversight of annexation and rezoning for a planned housing community
Is performing due diligence for renewable energy sites
Leigh Prince is a respected partner at Fox Rothschild, where she provides clients comprehensive support throughout the zoning entitlement process — from due diligence to agency approvals and, when necessary, litigation.
Her skills extend to negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, joint ownership agreements, leases, licenses, and covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs).
Prince currently oversees annexation and rezoning for a planned community of single-family and multifamily homes in North Carolina. She is also performing due diligence for renewable energy sites in the Carolinas.
She mentors young women attorneys and coordinates her office’s “Ladies Who Lunch,” which connects lawyers across age groups and practices. In the community, Prince is the Parliamentarian on the Board of Directors for the Lake Norman Chapter of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL).
She is a member of CREW, the North Carolina Association of Municipal Attorneys and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
These are some of the reasons why Leigh Prince received Connect CRE’s 2025 Atlanta & Southeast Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
