Randall Robinson is a partner in King & Spalding’s Private Funds practice. He specializes in forming, organizing, and operating domestic and offshore investment funds, joint ventures, and alternative capital vehicles, with a focus on real estate. He advises fund sponsors, investment advisers, and institutional investors on complex fund structures and strategic investments across various asset classes.

Robinson serves on the Atlanta office’s Hiring Committee and actively mentors junior attorneys, earning the firm’s Mentorship Award.

Notable matters include representing Equinix, Inc. in the formation of a $6-billion programmatic joint venture to fund U.S. data center developments. He also represented Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund in securing an $85 million capital commitment from a U.S. state pension plan.
