As CBRE Senior Vice President, Zack Holderman assists healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies. He joined CBRE in 2020 and currently heads the Debt & Structured Finance platform for U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets.

During his 20-year career in commercial real estate, Holderman has been involved in more than $8 billion of debt, equity placement and investment advisory transactions. While he has developed expertise in the healthcare and life sciences, he has robust relationships with owners, developers, and capital providers nationally.

In 2023, Holderman closed on 31 transactions totaling $760 million. He’s served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP’s San Diego Chapter and holds a triple major from the University of Arizona.
