Josh Gorin was named Savills President, Los Angeles region, in 2023. He leads a team of over 75 professionals in the Los Angeles area while serving his clients as a broker. Gorin joined Savills in the late 1990s.
In 2023, Gorin represented clients that leased nearly 4.5 million square feet with a transaction volume of over $500 million. Notable deals included leading the team representing Sony Pictures Entertainment in its long-term, 225,239-square-foot lease at 5757 Wilshire Blvd. He also oversaw three million square feet in transactions for Technicolor including 770,000 square feet in LaVerge, TN, 1.4 million square feet in Memphis, and 75,000 square feet in Montreal.
