Notable 2023 transactions included the sale of the 318-unit Azure in Santa Maria, CA. IPA represented the seller, MBK, in its transaction with Afton Properties. Within a rapidly changing capital markets environment, this team’s ability to source a noncontingent buyer significantly de-risked the transaction, and the resulting outcome was mutually beneficial to all parties.
