As the Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets for Newmark, Keven Shannon, along with Rob Griffin, Doug Harmon and Adam Spies, leads a team of 31 professionals focused on arranging the disposition, financing, and joint ventures of investment properties on behalf of domestic and offshore investors in the Western United States. He has been involved in over $78 billion in office, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, land and mixed-use transactions since 2010.
His experience includes structuring fee simple and partial interest sales, recapitalizations, and joint venture transactions. Shannon has spent his career helping clients structure transactions to meet their goals and providing sage advice on market timing.
Team Shannon’s notable sales transactions in 2023 include Cityline/Richardson, TX ($580 million); Medtronic/Boulder, CO ($192 million); The Mix/Los Angeles ($171.5 million); Aon Center/Los Angeles ($153.5 million) and Bridge Point Lacey/Seattle, WA ($132.1 million).
