Notable transactions included the 137,625-square-foot 123 Townsend in San Francisco ($72 million); The 352,280-square-foot Bayside Fremont Industrial in Fremont, CA ($103.5 million); the 557,956-square-foot Western Digital in Milpitas, CA ($192.45 million) and the 44,719-square-foot Middlefield office building in Menlo Park ($68 million).
Other transactions involved the $40.5-million sale of the 368,280-square-foot One Concord Towers (Concord, CA), the $37.2-million sale of the 177,117-square-foot 1580-1630 Old Oakland Road (San Jose) and the $70-million sale of the 160,837-square-foot Ten200 (Cupertino, CA).
