Craig Fordyce is vice chair of Colliers. Over his 38-year career, he has negotiated over 2,000 transactions totaling more than $15 billion in deal volume.

During 2023, Fordyce completed over 103 sales and leasing deals in the United States, totaling over 1 million square feet at a consideration of $34.3 million. The largest transaction involved representing the tenant in a 386,383-square-foot leasing transaction.
