CBRE Senior Vice President Scott Riddles leads a Southern California-based retail service team that provides strategic planning, market analysis, site selection, negotiation and disposition for best-in-class retailers, restaurants and auto-related users.

During 2023, Riddles and his team transacted 5.9 million square feet across 95 deals. Notable highlights included 49 deals for Boot Barn and two Dave & Buster transactions. The 22,856-square-foot, $8.7-million transaction occurred in Folsom, CA, and the 35,000-square-foot, $13.6-million deal happened in Oakland.

Other deals included a 46,152-square-foot AutoNation deal valued at $14.6 million and a 15,000-square-foot transaction on behalf of Total Wine & More in Brentwood, CA.
