Milo Spector is a senior vice president and one of the founding brokers of Stan Johnson Company’s Walnut Creek office in the San Francisco Bay Area (later acquired by Northmarq). He specializes in net leased investment sales, specifically in the education space. He handles sale-leaseback, portfolios, JV equity partnerships, build-to-suit, standard acquisitions and dispositions, forward commitments and 1031 exchanges. His client list includes franchisees, operators, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.

Spector has completed over 100 educational property sales across 18 states and 17 brands in his career, accounting for more than 50% of Northmarq’s sold educational properties.

Spector built his career from the ground up, starting as an intern in the CRE field. He worked nights at a restaurant to pay his expenses while working full-time as a commercial real estate broker. He eventually achieved an executive role at Stan Johnson Company.

He has received Crexi’s Platinum Broker Award. Stan Johnson Company honored him as a Top Producing Broker and presented him with the Sales Excellence Award.

These are a few reasons we chose Milo Spector as one of Connect CRE California’s 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a vital influence on the commercial real estate industry.
