Specializes in the management of life science and class A office

Turned around a project awarded to CBRE by Beacon Capital

Alisa Orris is a senior real estate manager who manages life science and class A office buildings. She focuses on customer experience, where she provides exceptional service to clients and tenants alike.

When she returned to CBRE in August 2023 (she had been with the firm previously as an assistant manager), she turned around a project awarded by Beacon Capital. The client liked her attention to detail, commitment to the project and positive attitude. Other jobs Orris held included property management positions with TMG Properties and Kilroy.

Orris is an active member of BOMA, serving as the Strategic Committee Chair. She’s part of CBRE’s Women’s Networking Group and is on the West Coast Life Science Team. She served in the Australian Red Cross in Melbourne, where she created a systematic database for the organization. She has served with Oakland, CA’s Downtown Improvement District and 13th Street Public Activation Coalition. BOMA awarded her its East Bay Outstanding Principal Member of the Year.

These are a few reasons we chose Alisa Orris as one of Connect CRE California’s 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a vital influence on the commercial real estate industry.
