Notable transactions include representation of Quinn Group in its $14.3-million acquisition of a 101,059-square-foot industrial land site at 333 E. Gardena Blvd. and brokering a deal between Royal White Cement and JD Transportation for an $11.9-million, 219,541-square-foot sale at 19800 Van Ness Ave.
