Created and grew the Specialist-Sustainability role at Healthpeak
Created communication planning flow charts; led review of YoY utility variance data
Madison Jenson is Healthpeak’s Specialist-Sustainability. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating the company’s sustainability strategy and data collection across the company’s operational portfolio. Her job includes overseeing data verification and reporting, initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, water usage and waste landfill and serving as the point of contact for internal staff and external property managers.
Jensen created communications planning flow charts and led the review of year-over-year variances in utility data, formalizing Healthpeak’s internal and external review systems. Her efforts ensure compliance with global environmental, governance, and social (ESG) reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRESB, CDP and DJSI, culminating in the publication of our annual ESG Report. Jensen’s multiple actions helped Healthpeak earn recognition as a Green Lease Leader (Gold).
She also serves as an informal mentor to interns and team members.
