Manages more than 750,000 square feet of ground-up development
Serves as co-chair of TCC's Women's Network; member of TCC's Leadership Council
Nancy Moses was promoted to Principal with Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 2023. Since joining the company 18 years ago, Moses has risen through the ranks through her ability to impact the business and her local community.
In addition to leading TCC LA’s healthcare practice, Moses leads the local Development Management business. She is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including sourcing new opportunities, shaping projects, managing execution and overall client care.
Moses directly manages more than 750,000 square feet of ground-up, turnkey development to commence construction in Q1 2024, with another 650,000 square feet in her project pipeline.
During her TCC career, she delivered more than two million square feet of development throughout Greater LA – most recently including Vermont Corridor, occupied by various County of Los Angeles departments and the MLK Community Hospital Medical Office Building.
Moses serves as the co-chair of TCC’s Women’s Network. She is also part of TCC’s Leadership Council. In the community, Moses is a mentor for CBRE’s EMPOWER mentorship program and an ongoing supporter of the American Heart Association’s Women of Impact Campaign. Additionally, she is a member of the ULI, an Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction by LEED and participates as a speaker for office and healthcare conferences.
These are just a few reasons we chose Nancy Moses as one of the California Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
