Gabi Davis
Oversees Capstone's SoCal commercial property portfolio
Active involvement with BOMA, has RPA Designation through BOMI International
As director of property management, Gabi Davis oversees Capstone Advisors’ Southern California portfolio of commercial properties. Her tenant portfolio includes many small businesses, and Davis continually seeks ways to support them. She offers advice on marketing and advertising efforts, keeping tenants informed on lease terms to ensure transparency, and supporting Capstone Advisors in its annual tenant survey process to gather feedback from tenants and improve relationships year over year.
Davis brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to her current role, with expertise in managing Class A office projects. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from California State University San Marcos.
She is actively involved in the San Diego BOMA and received her RPA Designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) International. As a former BOMA board member, Davis volunteered her time to many events, committees and programs, including serving on Membership Committees, supporting the Experience Exchange Report (EER), and co-chairing The Outstanding Building of the Year. Davis has also been involved with the Emerging Leaders program, various awards and scholarships, and volunteered for the BOMA PAC Fundraising Committee. She is a multiple BOMA award winner.
These are just a few reasons we chose Gabi Davis as one of the California Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
