Misty Moore
Oversees 1.3 million square feet of off-campus real estate for UCSD
Serves as chair, JLL's San Diego Women's Business Network
For the past ten years, JLL Managing Director Misty Moore has overseen an extensive, leased portfolio of more than 1.3 million square feet of off-campus real estate for the University of California, San Diego, and managing capital markets transactions, agency leasing and development opportunities consultations. She also leads strategy and efforts for a substantial leased global portfolio on behalf of a large tech company. She is one of a small handful of female power brokers in San Diego.
She has been regularly recognized as a JLL top-10 producer and received the company’s Top Gun national award.
Moore is chair of the JLL San Diego Women’s Business Network and is a member of the CREW San Diego Legacy Advisory Group and UC San Diego Real Estate & Development Undergraduate Advisory Board. Moore formally and informally mentored more than a dozen female brokers throughout her career. In one scenario, she secured regional funding to promote the local JLL’s Women’s Business Network to support women in JLL’s San Diego office. She and a group of women brokers at JLL officially launched Maternity Leave Guidelines for all JLL brokers nationwide.
These are just a few reasons we chose Misty Moore as one of the California Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
