As one of five senior partners in Newmark’s Boston Capital Markets Group, Samantha Hallowell has taken the reins concerning strategic prospecting for new deals and identifying hot pockets of capital. In her time with the company, Hallowell has executed some of the market’s largest and most complex deals and is widely regarded amongst industry peers as the next big thing in Boston real estate.
Throughout her career, she has closed over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions in the Greater Boston/New England region. Highlights include the $710-million transaction involving Boston’s Innovation & Design Building, the $576-million sale of 15 Necco (also in Boston) and the $173-million sale of the Northeast Logistics Portfolio in Massachusetts.
Her industry affiliations include president-elect of the Commercial Brokers Association (Boston), member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Commercial Brokers Association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Tri-Chair of the Boston Market Council, Urban Land Institute. Accolades include CoStar’s Power Broker Award and numerous achievement awards from the Commercial Broker Association.
