President-Elect of the Commercial Brokers Association (Boston)

As one of five senior partners in Newmark’s Boston Capital Markets Group, Samantha Hallowell has taken the reins concerning strategic prospecting for new deals and identifying hot pockets of capital. In her time with the company, Hallowell has executed some of the market’s largest and most complex deals and is widely regarded amongst industry peers as the next big thing in Boston real estate.

Throughout her career, she has closed over $20 billion of commercial real estate transactions in the Greater Boston/New England region. These are just a few reasons we chose Samantha Hallowell as one of the Boston & New England Connect CRE 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
