Diane Proctor
Helped boost the comany's employee engagement and RMR's ranking among top places to work
Received RMR's Leadership Award
As vice president of human resources for The RMR Group, Diane Proctor is a recognized expert and trusted resource for many at the company. She particularly excels at balancing the execution of RMR’s business plans with the needs of individual employees.
Face-to-face interaction has always benefited RMR as a commercial real estate company. At the start of the COVID pandemic, Proctor and her HR colleagues partnered with the IT department to implement business resilience strategies for the remote work transition.
Under Proctor’s leadership, RMR strengthened employee engagement, ranking among The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work for the past three years. Proctor and her team continue to evolve RMR’s benefits to better serve employees, including an online wellbeing platform, on-site vaccine and blood-donation clinics, and a subsidized seasonal farmers market.
Proctor’s efforts earned her RMR’s Leadership Award.
These are just a few reasons we chose Diane Proctor as one of the Boston & New England Connect CRE 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
