Lauren Hasson
Helps clients improve workplace experience through office design and policy
Frequent speaker and conferences and on panels
Lauren Hasson is JLL’s vice president, Workplace Strategy. As companies struggle to navigate a new era of work, brokers call upon Hasson’s expertise to help their clients improve all dimensions of workplace experience, from hybrid policies to how the client’s office is designed. JLL formed its workplace strategy team in 2021 in response to evolving client needs. Through her efforts, Hasson proves that workplace strategy isn’t a “nice to have”; it’s a “need to have” in CRE.
Hasson’s clients lean on her for frequent touchpoints and direction as they refine their approach to flexible work. Her expertise is highly revered because she combines multiple disciplines – design, organizational psychology, human behavior, and business acumen – for solutions. She frequently speaks at conferences and industry events and often contributes to thought leadership pieces with local news outlets.
Her background in anthropology, health and strategy is a powerful blend in today’s CRE climate, where clients are hyper-focused on culture and wellbeing. She holds a degree in anthropology from George Washington University, a Master of Education from Boston University and a certificate in Management from Yale University.
Lauren’s leadership style mirrors that of a coach – she helps clients identify opportunities for improvement and provides the advice and resources to create a thriving workplace culture.
These are just a few reasons we chose Lauren Hasson as one of the Boston & New England Connect CRE 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
