As Redgate’s Vice President, Investors Services and Co-Lead, Amanda Keefe brings nearly 15 years of urban economic development and city planning expertise, managing complex projects that include dozens of consultants and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Keefe provides strategic advisory services for clients in the investor/developer and institutional realm and oversees predevelopment. Services include highest and best-use analyses, feasibility studies, master planning, permitting/entitlement and government and community relations. She has a thorough understanding of federal, state and local financial tools as they relate to real estate and related infrastructure financing.
Before joining Redgate, Keefe worked at Mass Development, managing pre-development for municipalities across the Commonwealth. She also worked for the City of Somerville as a senior economic development planner, overseeing large-scale development projects in the rapidly expanding Union Square and Assembly Row neighborhoods.
Keefe is a member of NAIOP and CREW. Outside of work, she is active in the Melrose (Massachusetts) community, serving as a board member for the Melrose Family Room and coach for the Melrose Town Soccer League.
