At Samuels & Associates, Rachael Diharce oversees the facilitation of ground-floor retail in Boston-based multi-use projects. These include Parcel 12, Van Ness, Pierce, Fenway Triangle, 201 Brookline, 401 Park, 1330 Boylston, 421 Park, 1400 Park, South Standard, Dot Block and Continuum. She also leases S&A’s 4th & 5th Delray property in Florida.
With more than a decade of national experience in the field, Diharce has quickly made an impact during her two-year tenure with Samuels & Associates. She boasts a proven track record in pre-leasing new construction developments. She continues to yield a strong success rate on re-leasing existing spaces in asset classes and portfolios ranging in size from 1 million – 3 million square feet of retail. She also completed over 650,000 square feet in her 12 years of retail leasing.
Diharce believes in devoting time to mentoring the next generation of professionals, mainly via her active involvement in CREW. She has participated in the program committee in Portland (Oregon) and Boston, serving in leadership roles in both chapters. She recently wrapped up a three-year position on the Board of Directors. As an ICSC member, she regularly participates in and leads panels and serves as ICSC Next Generation Co-Chair for the Planning Committee in Portland. Diharce is a member of ULI.
