As partner and chair of Best Best & Krieger’s Business practice group, Nancy Park is a real estate attorney focusing on real estate transactions, leases, finance and contracts. She represents all types of entities in areas that include leasing acquisitions, finance, development and joint ventures, and property tax exemptions.
Notable achievements include representing a nonprofit hospital in a $238.7 million California Health Facilities Financing Authority’s bond financing and regional and international agricultural products processing company in a $63 million new credit facility. She also represented a regional developer in leasing, acquiring, disposing of, and constructing a 4.5 million-square-foot portfolio.
Park has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Northern California Super Lawyers and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent peer-review-rated attorney. CREW-Sacramento honored her as a Woman of Influence, Woman of Impact, Member of the Year and Champion of Excellence.
She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW-Sacramento and Lambda Alpha International. She serves on the UCSD Real Estate & Development Advisory Board and is a Downtown Sacramento Partnership Board Member.
In the community, Park is a Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts volunteer. She earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
