David Stone is a partner with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. He is involved with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, development, financing and leasing. He represents investment companies, private equity funds, developers, life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, real estate investment trusts and other entities in connection with various commercial real estate matters throughout the country.

Stone regularly speaks on industry conference panels. He recently moderated the Projects and Markets Panel at Allen Matkins’ annual View From the Top conference. Stone has guest lectured at the University of Southern California’s Graduate School of Real Estate Development.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute and BOMA. He has served in various leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Stone has been recognized by Chambers U.S.A., The Best Lawyers in America and Southern California Super Lawyers. The LA County Bar Association honored him as an Outstanding Young Lawyer. Ston earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
