As a partner in the Real Estate practice at Greenberg Glusker, Kevin Sher represents private owners, partnerships, REITs, and public companies in all aspects of real estate matters. He advises clients on residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, retail and office leasing, multi-property portfolio acquisitions, seller leaseback transactions and real estate financing.

Highlights include representation of a Fortune 100 company in several multimillion-dollar leasing transactions for industrial warehouse facilities nationwide. He also represented a national REIT in acquisitions of industrial properties involving millions of square feet of improvements.

Sher was named to the Los Angeles Times’ Commercial Real Estate Visionaries list. Southern California Super Lawyers named him a  “Rising Star.”

He is a lifetime Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association member and a supporter of Advancing Justice – Los Angeles. He’s involved with the UCLA Alumni Association and with his local community. Sher volunteers as pro bono counsel for Alliance for Children’s Rights.

Sher earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
