Tyler Banton
Generated more than $325 million of industrial projects in Inland Empire region
Oversight of 1 million square feet of industrial in the pipeline
Tyler Banton is the Director of Southern California for Lovett Industrial. In that role, he is responsible for all aspects of Lovett’s projects in the region including sourcing and evaluating new development and acquisition opportunities, entitlements, capitalization, leasing, and project disposition efforts.
Banton joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for building the firm’s presence in the Southern California region. Within one year of his joining, the firm generated more than $325 million of industrial projects in the Inland Empire region. Banton and his team accumulated over 1.1 million square feet of industrial real estate that will be delivered between 2023 and 2024, with several million square feet in the pipeline in the region.
Banton has intuition and communication skills that are beyond his years. As a result, he has made a tremendous impression with institutional capital partners within the firm and industry. Banton joined Lovett Industrial from Panattoni Development Co., seeing an opportunity to join a new company with seasoned executive team. He proved his capabilities by growing a new region for the company. Banton was the 11th employee at Lovett. The company now has 35 employees and several billion dollars in projects across the United States.
Banton is a member of NAIOP SoCal and NAIOP Inland Empire.
