Dayna Abdel is the Corporate Marketing Manager at Passco Companies. In her role, Abdel contributes to the development, implementation and execution of all strategic marketing plans for the organization. She utilizes an expansive skillset to perform duties that support brand management, advertising, communications, creative services, corporate and industry events, and the expansion of the company’s digital presence. She also acts as the liaison between Passco’s corporate marketing department and the operators of Passco’s $3.9 billion assets under management.

Abdel began her career in brokerage, where she provided support to some of Orange County’s top producing retail sales and leasing executives. She joined Passco in 2020.

She is an active member of CREW Orange County and has held multiple committee chair positions with the organization. Abdel currently serves on the Board of Directors as Director of Programs. She also has a set on CREW Network’s Corporate Real Estate Council.

Abdel volunteers with Innovation Housing Opportunities (IHO), which advocates for, and supports the well-being of, low- to moderate-income households and those struggling with housing insecurity. Abdel also volunteers with Olive Crest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing child abuse.

These are just a few reasons we chose Dayna Abdel as one of Connect CRE California’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
