Richard Sung is a Managing Director at Newmark’s Orange County California office, where he specializes in the representation of owners and occupiers with leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions.

Sung brings more than 10 years of experience to his position, having represented owners of real estate ranging from boutique creative office to institutional quality product. His experience with occupiers encompasses a variety of professional sectors, including foreign companies, architectural, technology, healthcare and financial services.

During 2022, he generated more than $70 million in deal volume, across 77 transactions. This included 250,000 square feet of leasing and 50,000 square feet in sales. In his career, he’s closed in excess of $150 million.

Sung is active with NAIOP, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Southern California Chapter.
