Serves on NAIOP San Diego board, volunteers in the community
As Kilroy Realty’s Vice President of Leasing, Annie Caldwell is responsible for the leasing efforts pertaining to the company’s stabilized, 2.5-million-square-foot portfolio. She also negotiates transactions on behalf of the company, actively manages property rollover, provides pro-forma leasing assumptions, contributes guidance on capital projects and collaboratively assists with marketing efforts/strategy.
During her time at Kilroy, she has leased more than two million square feet of office and life science space. Notable deals include completion of the second largest new office lease in San Diego (65,000 square feet) during the past six months and leasing the 290,000-square-foot One Paseo Office at record high rents for San Diego. She is very involved with Kilroy’s development projects and is working with executive leadership on pre-leasing activities for the 215,000-square-foot 2100 Kettner and the 650,000-square-foot Santa Fe Summit.
Caldwell currently serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP San Diego. She volunteers her time regularly to various non-profit organizations through Kilroy and NAIOP including SD Humane Society, Operation Gratitude, Surfrider Foundation, The Jacobs & Cushman Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House at Rady Children’s Hospital and Community Resource Center (CRC). She is also involved with HomeAid, for which she chaired a committee for the San Diego Walk to End Homelessness.
These are just a few reasons we chose Annie Caldwell as one of Connect CRE California’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
