Active member of CREW and Greystar's DEI committee

As Director of Investments at Greystar, Songyi Wang leads the acquisition efforts of value-add and core-plus multifamily properties in Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. She also supports the national acquisition initiative for Greystar’s active adult venture.

She frequently represents Greystar as a presenter at events including the Forte Women’s conference. She also participates in several mentorship programs. She has been successful in adding two female analysts to the west acquisitions team in the past six months and continues to work towards of goal of achieving male/female parity.

Wang is an active member of CREW and serves on CREW’s Emerging Leaders Planning Sub-Committee.

These are just a few reasons we chose Songyi Wang as one of Connect CRE California’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
