Leads six junior members of the team

As Way Capital’s Senior Director, Aiden Moran helps advise entrepreneurial sponsors on their real estate pursuits and business growth. He has been involved with more than $4.5 billion financing deals on the equity and debt sides since joining the team in 2018.

Moran started with the team having virtually no experience in commercial real estate finance. Within four years, he worked up to Senior Director and currently helps lead six junior members of the team.

He is proactive, which is essential when executing complex projects. He’s adept at sensing when there’s going to be an obstacle and is quick to pivot and provide alternative solutions, so the client has a menu of options.
