Bringing more than 12 years of industry experience focused on the marketing, underwriting and execution of multifamily sales transaction in the D.C. metro area, Ghamarian is in touch with current marketing dynamics.
Her diligence, focus and contribution on a daily basis to the team is unmatched. Ghamarian brings an energy, work ethic and positive attitude to Berkadia’s daily activities and is always willing to take lead on deals.
