Susan Mudry was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer with NewPoint Real Estate Capital. She joined NewPoint as Senior Managing Director for Process Reengineering and Strategic Execution, where her initial work focused on new product development, organizational infrastructure and technology, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Mudry previously held positions at Freddie Mac, eventually landing at Vice President and Chief of Staff—Office of the CEO, where she helped see the organization through a global pandemic. She did this by connecting the C-suite to the broader staff and developing proper channels for information to flow to the company’s close to 7,000 employees.
Mudry is a great listener, which helps her solve problems and make connections throughout NewPoint. With this and other skills, Mudry has helped ensure NewPoint’s flexibility to respond to changing market conditions, while helping to build a collaborative and driven culture.
